Precision-crafted with 316L or 304 stainless steel and featuring a hygienic mirror polished interior with roughness Ra ≤ 0.4μm, this pump eliminates bacterial harborage points and dead zones, ensuring the utmost product purity. The open impeller with deep inlet chamber effectively resists cavitation while maintaining smooth, pulsation-free flow with minimal shear. The taper fit between impeller and shaft prevents liquid from entering threaded areas, further enhancing sanitary performance.

Mechanical seals have no bolts or springs in contact with the product, enabling thorough cleaning and preventing contamination. The pump body is equipped with a drain valve to fully discharge residual liquid. All wetted parts remain clean and residue free after cleaning and sterilization, fully complying with GMP standards. Three types of mechanical seals are available, with dry running seals as standard configuration. Electropolishing is also available upon request.
